Raw Material: GranuAqua manufactures in high quality Zincalume/Galvanized corrugated steel, with a 650 Gr/m² coating, ensuring a double service life.

Sealant: - Both Hot and Cold resistant mastic is used at joints of sidewall sheets to provide excellent sealing in all climatic conditions ensuring zero water percolation inside the silo.

Fasteners: - GranuAqua uses high tensile HDG Nuts & Bolts as per site requirement in order to ensure the maximum durability of sidewall joints, sheets and stiffeners.

Side Wall Sheet: - Side wall sheets are manufactured from Zincalume/GI, having more than 600 GSM coating of leading brands, which ensures guaranteed life of silos. Sinusoidal pitch depth of sheets is maintained at 16 mm, which increases the structural integrity of silos.

Versatility of Products: Varied Capacities ranging from 2.5m-38m diameter are designed and manufactured satisfying requirements of customers.

Structural Calculations: Silo design calculation are followed under different norm as ANSI – ASAE EP 433 2033, EUROCODE EN-1991-4, or many relevant design codes under experienced & professional design team.

Hopper angles vary from 37 º - 40 º - 45 º - 60º according to silo diameter, product type and product to be stored.

Hopper Silos are available with diameters from 2.50 m to 14.00 m and capacities up to 1829 m³. Due to the higher storage capacities, specially designed hopper structure and stiffeners easily bear the storage loads. The structure is durable with the support frame used for an equal load transfer to the ground.

Hopper Support Structures

Hopper support structures are available for hopper bottom bins from 2.74 m to 14.00 m) diameter. These structures provide safe and effective support of bins loading into trucks, rail cars or equipment.

Structures are made from hot-dip galvanized structural steel for years of maintenance-free service. The structures are a bolt-together design for easy on-site construction, preventing the need for welding. Single and double structures are available with the standard clear height below the structure.

GranuAqua designs and manufactures water tank systems ranging from diameters 1.84 m – 36 m (5000 Liters - 50,00,000 Liters) and wall heights up to 20m depending on site conditions and construction permissions.

Our high-quality steel “Zincalume” exteriors wall sheets get the proven protection of hot-dipped zinc and resin coating.

Our pre-engineered water storage tanks have a flexible food grade liner, which is suspended inside the water tank form the top, forming a watertight membrane. Stored water never comes in contact with tank’s interior steel surface.

The outlet from the tank is provided as per the client requirements and the application for which the tank is being installed.

A scour drain can also be installed to drain every last drop of the liquid stored in side the tank. All the nozzles, flanges, outdoor staircase and all other metal fabricated parts are hot dip galvanized and have a good water and moisture resistance.

"Zincalume" steel tank materials and construction minimize corrosion levels and the need for frequent maintenance is least as compared to the market competitions.

The accessories available along with the tanks range from internal ladder, external ladder [with safety cage], external level indicator [digital / manual], temperature sensors, level sensors etc.
